This sweet & savoury pairing will keep your guests mingling and engaged as they come back for more mouth-watering bites of sweet maple taffy wrapped around salty artisan cheese.

We cater to a wide variety of corporate events, from receptions and galas to conferences and trade shows. A quintessential Canadian experience, our Maple on Snow station will engage and delight your guests, whether they are locals or visitors from overseas. But especially the visitors! They will never forget the warm Canadian welcome of real maple syrup frosted on snow.
Our station is beautifully presented on live-edge wood slabs, with fully catered service. We use our signature frosted Maple Taffy—a pure Ontario maple syrup reduction—and prepare each serving on plates of freshly packed, food grade snow. Our single serving maple wood skewers mean no additional plate rentals and little to no mess.
Sixty Six Brix works closely with many of the top Toronto caterers and event planners to bring this unique experience to your event.
We primarily service Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), but we’ve been known to travel longer distances for our clients. Niagara-on-the-Lake, Muskoka, Sudbury, Ottawa, Montreal, and even as far as Las Vegas! We are up for the ride, wherever your event may be.

Maple taffy is a welcomed treat for any occasion! We’ve brought the ‘sugar shack’ experience to golf tournaments, charity events, milestone celebrations, bar mitzvahs, and holiday parties.
